Job summary

Textron Aviation is seeking a Field Service Professional to provide technical advice and service support to customers and Authorized Service Facilities within assigned regions. You will be the primary contact for Textron Aviation customers, addressing aircraft issues and advocating for customers across Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, or Colorado.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or in lieu of degree one of two options: 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience with A&P license, or 3 years with a 2-year technical degree.
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance-related experience in structural repair, customer support, or related field.
• Preferred: A&P certificate or equivalent; Pilot’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify field issues and document maintainability and reliability for product improvements.
• Prepare documentation on fleet issues including potential fleet and financial impact.
• Maintain systems knowledge across Textron Aviation models and attend maintenance training regularly.
• Respond to inquiries from owners and operators requesting technical assistance and liaise with Product Support for information.
• Collaborate with Authorized Service Facilities to meet requirements and provide training as needed.
• Address Warranty questions, service programs, and CAMP/CESCOM details.
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal teams; participate in trade shows and events.
• Support aircraft sales and Textron service centers with technical assistance and customer contacts.
