Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 2-year technical degree in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft structural repair, customer support, or related maintenance experience.
• 3 years of relative aircraft maintenance experience; A&P license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify field issues and document maintenance concerns for product improvement.
• Prepare documentation on fleet issues including potential fleet and financial impact.
• Convey working systems knowledge and attend maintenance training regularly.
• Respond to owners and operators requesting technical assistance; liaise with Product Support.
