Job summary

Textron Aviation is seeking a Field Support Representative (Props) to provide technical advice and service assistance to customers and service facilities across assigned regions. The role requires relocation to Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, or Colorado, and involves frontline customer advocacy and issue resolution for Textron Aviation aircraft.

Responsibilities include documenting field issues, communicating fleet impacts, and maintaining knowledge across Textron Aviation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or in lieu of degree one of these two: 3 years of relative aircraft maintenance experience + A&P license required.
• 3 years of relative aircraft maintenance experience + 2 year technical degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft structural repair, customer support, or relative aircraft maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify field issues and document maintainability or reliability issues for product improvement.
• Prepare documentation on fleet issues including potential fleet and financial impact.
• Convey working knowledge on Textron Aviation products and pursue ongoing training.
