Job summary

Textron Aviation is seeking a technical advisor and service contact for assigned geographic regions. The role focuses on providing expert support to customers and authorized service facilities, acting as the customer’s advocate and addressing issues across Textron Aviation products.

Relocation to KS, NE, OK, AR, IA, MO, or CO may be required. The position requires a strong maintenance background, ability to travel worldwide, and a commitment to 24/7 availability with a focus on customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, or in lieu of degree one of these two options.
3 years of relative aircraft maintenance experience with A&P license required.
3 years of relative aircraft maintenance experience with a 2-year technical degree required.
A minimum of 5 years of aircraft structural repair, customer support, or related aircraft maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

Identify field issues and document maintainability and reliability issues for product support.
Prepare documentation to inform management of fleet issues and potential impact.
Convey working systems knowledge on all Textron Aviation products and attend maintenance training.
Research and respond to customer inquiries via phone, letters, and email.
