Responsibilities include managing reservations, baggage services, and resolving related issues while maintaining safety and compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrivals and check-in, including special needs like unaccompanied minors and VIPs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including reservations and baggage services.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Ensure safe and compliant working conditions per regulations and company policies.
