Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a supervisor to lead a team of agents delivering customer service to passengers, including arrivals, ticketing, check-in and boarding assistance.

You will direct agents, support passengers with special needs, manage ticketing operations, and ensure safety and compliance across airport duties in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role requires a proactive leader comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to obtain airport/state credentials as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in passenger service duties.
• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, including boarding and baggage service.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all airport areas.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions per regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Promote and adhere to Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
• Perform related duties safely and report incidents or hazards as required.
