Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain credentials required by airport, state or customs regulations.
• Experience in aviation or ground handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of passenger service agents.
• Assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding and special needs.
• Handle ticketing, baggage services and reservations using a computerized system.
• Direct passengers through customs, immigration and quarantine.
