Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor at Honolulu (HNL) for a full-time, non-exempt position. The role leads a team of agents providing passenger service across arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations and related inquiries.

Responsibilities include supervising a team, ensuring smooth check-in processes, guiding passengers through customs and immigration, and maintaining safety standards in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain required airport credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrivals and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system and manage reservations and boarding.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Ensure safe working conditions and adhere to Unifi policies and safety procedures.
