Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC in Hawaii seeks a proactive supervisor to lead a team providing passenger service across arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations and related inquiries.

You will guide passengers through airport procedures, assist travelers with special needs, and resolve related issues while upholding safety policies and company standards. Must meet credential requirements for airports and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in delivering exceptional customer service to passengers.
• Assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage services and reservations.
• Guide passengers through customs, immigration and quarantine processes.
• Support ramp operations to ensure wheelchairs and other assistive devices are available.
• Promote safety, anti-harassment and equal employment opportunity.
