Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrivals and check-in, including special needs.
• Handle ticketing, boarding, baggage, and reservations.
• Direct passengers through customs, immigration, and quarantine.
• Ensure safety and comply with policies.
• Report safety incidents and hazards.
