Job summary

Unifi seeks a supervisor to lead a team of passenger service agents, overseeing arrivals, ticketing, check-in, and related inquiries. You will ensure smooth operations and courteous service for diverse travelers at the airport.

You will manage ticketing, boarding support, and baggage handling while guiding passengers through checkpoints. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and excellent daily execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials per airport/state/customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions per policies and laws.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
