Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee daily customer service operations at the South Burlington station. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure on-time, high-quality service in coordination with airport operations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and effective collaboration with management. Previous airline or transportation service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Correct non-compliant behavior and impose disciplinary actions as required.
• Understand and implement corporate policies and goals in daily work routines.
• Manage the department's operational activities per established policies.
• Supervise and monitor personnel to ensure on-time performance and high-quality customer service.
• Drive motorized equipment and support daily station operations.
• Provide coverage when employee absence impacts operations.
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports.
