Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee the technical delivery of AV integration projects, finalize BOMs and drawings, and coordinate infrastructure and network needs for installation and commissioning.

You will guide project teams and resolve technical questions across management, fabrication, and field teams. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, experience with AV system design, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Review projects and finalize BOMs, drawings, and infrastructure requirements.
• Coordinate network and CAD drawings for installation and commissioning.
• Provide engineering documents for submittals and project handoffs.
• Support budgets and identify personnel needs for installation.
• Create and maintain as-built drawings and programming files.
• Collaborate with commissioning and programming teams for checklists and guides.
• Assist with troubleshooting during installation and commissioning.
• Travel to job sites to support installation teams.
