Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee AV systems integration projects from inception to completion. You will ensure on-time delivery, within scope and budget, while meeting safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication & Installation teams, manage risks, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' project management experience in AV, construction, technology, or related fields.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Understanding of revenue, budgets, margins, and financial variances.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Learn and comply with AVI-SPL standard process and procedures.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings among Sales, Engineering, and Installation teams.
• Identify and manage project risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare and review progress reports for customers and management.
• Ensure quality of work by internal and subcontracted resources.
• Communicate changes in scope, schedule, or budget promptly.
