Job summary

AVI-SPL is a digital enablement solutions provider delivering AV system integration for diverse environments. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific AV projects to meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements.

You will coordinate all activities across internal and external resources, manage risks and budgets, and ensure on-budget, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in AV/Construction/Technology.
• Proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects with strong time management and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow AVI-SPL standard processes.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor, report progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure quality of work by internal and subcontracted teams.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.
