Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee AV systems integration projects, ensuring they meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate all activities for on-budget completion following AVI-SPL PM processes and procedures.

Day-to-day duties include controlling schedules, managing resources and expenditures, and maintaining strong customer relations. Travel to job sites is required; MS Project and MS Office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Audio Visual, Construction, Technology or related industry.
• Proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Strong time management with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Effective communication and interaction skills.
• Understanding of revenue, budget, margin and financial variance factors.

Responsibilities

• Learn and comply with AVI-SPL standard processes and procedures.
• Be a subject matter expert with contract documents for each project.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings among Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication & Installation.
• Identify and manage project risk; escalate to management as needed.
• Create and manage comprehensive project schedules and resource plans.
• Manage all project expenditures and monitor budget throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide status/progress reporting and escalate issues for management.
• Ensure quality of work by internal and subcontracted resources.
• Maintain customer relationships and drive on-time delivery and satisfaction.
