Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hotel environment in Kailua, Hawaii. You will ensure guest satisfaction by precise setup, on-site support, and timely breakdown, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Associate’s preferred), 1 year of customer service or audiovisual experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Training and certifications must be completed within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in educational environment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs; DOT requirements may apply; training and certifications due within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed expectations of internal and external customers; maintain client relationships on-site; ensure equipment works properly.
