Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and break down basic audiovisual equipment as listed.
• Exceed customer expectations and maintain client relationships.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues promptly.
• Complete systems entry and paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and vendors for equipment needs.
• Assist with invoices and occasional up-selling of equipment.
