Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, focusing on customer service, staff leadership, and development. The role directly leads the technical team to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction, with potential involvement in location administration.

Reports to the DET, DOO, or Operations Manager. Key duties include organizing daily floor activities, directing technician workflow, keeping flowsheets updated, and coordinating event communications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must meet training/certification requirements per Encore’s program.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities for timely setup, refresh, and removal of equipment.
• Directs workflow of technicians and suggests operational efficiencies.
• Ensure flowsheets are updated and communications are coordinated for events.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works correctly.
• Provide training to technicians on floor activities and Encore standards.
• Lead setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment and troubleshoot issues.
