Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians' workflow and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Maintains equipment security and performs preventative maintenance.
