Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, focusing on customer service, staff leadership and development. The role directs the technical team to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, while supporting on-site administration and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• Internal applicants must meet training requirements per Encore’s program.
• External applicants must meet all training/certifications within 60 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities for setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to management.
• Keeps flowsheets updated and properly completed.
• Coordinates communications for event management.
• Attends venue meetings as needed.
