Alleviation is expanding its sales team in the United States, offering autonomy, work/life balance, and growth opportunities. As a new sales professional, you’ll receive immersive training blending online learning with hands-on mentorship in your territory.

You will engage with business owners to introduce high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations, building a strong portfolio and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication, resilience and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager, track daily activity.
