Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to build connections quickly.

• Background in competitive sports or coaching favored.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales team and manager.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
