Job summary

Alleviation is expanding its sales team with immersive training and autonomy. You’ll engage local business owners, learn via a blended program, and tailor high-quality insurance solutions to fit needs. No prior sales experience is required as we mold the right candidate and support development.

You’ll manage a local territory, schedule meetings, and build relationships while pursuing monthly and quarterly targets in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and coachable attitude.
• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Ability to build client relationships quickly.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners.
• Develop and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
