You’ll engage with local business owners and employees to present high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations, shaping your territory’s landscape.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide hands-on mentorship, blend online learning with field exposure, and empower you to own your local domain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience in sales or related fields.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships, and rebalance portfolio.
• Develop and manage your client portfolio.
• Work with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and stick to weekly schedule; submit to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
