No prior sales experience is required, and you will lead your local domain by engaging with business owners and employees to introduce high-quality health and life insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

You will conduct one-on-one consultations, group presentations, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets while building your own client

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; candidates will be molded.
• Background in sales, athletics, or leadership is favorable.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience.
• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow client network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
