You will engage with business owners and employees to introduce high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations.

No prior experience is required, and we tailor the right candidate. You will manage your local domain and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain - study course provided and license fees reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
