Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team, offering immersive training and mentorship in your local territory. No prior sales experience is required as we train and mold the right candidate to engage with business owners and employees and present high-quality supplemental insurance solutions.

You’ll conduct consultations, one-on-one and group presentations, and build a personal client portfolio while aligning with the sales manager to hit monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build connections quickly.

• Defined personal goals and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Strong situational awareness and critical thinking.
• Background in competitive sports or coaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess client insurance needs.
• Meet with sales manager and team to align targets.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and renew referrals.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan weekly schedule and report work activity daily.
