Job summary

Transdev North America, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the operations of the business unit and to serve as the liaison between Client program managers and Transdev staff.

This role oversees a team of operators and ensures efficient execution of client missions while maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate has experience in autonomous vehicle operations, performance metrics, and program management tools.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent) and 1 year autonomous vehicle operations experience.
• Experience with program management tools and Google Workspace.
• Experience in vendor relationship management.
• Experience leading teams to a successful conclusion.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain safety standards in daily operations.
• Coordinate dispatch and lead meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely shift starts and vehicle deployment.
• Oversee maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Respond to incidents and report accidents.
