Job summary

Transdev is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the client-driven transportation program for autonomous vehicle testing. You will manage operators, coordinate dispatch, and drive daily operations in a safety-focused environment.

The role requires an Associates degree (or equivalent), 1 year AV operations experience, and proficiency with Google Workspace and program management tools; leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent) required; 1 year Autonomous Vehicle Operations experience preferred.
• Experience with program management tools and Google Workspace essential.
• Experience in vendor relationship management and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee safety standards and ensure timely start of shifts.
• Coordinate dispatch operations and lead meetings with internal/external stakeholders.
• Communicate with management, clients, engineers, and the public in a courteous, professional manner.
• Monitor and document performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Support leadership in daily operations management and staff coverage.
