Transdev is seeking a driven operations leader to support autonomous mobility programs in the United States. You will oversee dispatch, field operations, and safety, coordinating with engineers, management, and client teams to ensure reliable service delivery in a high-stakes environment.

The role requires a strong background in leading teams, reporting metrics, and maintaining compliance with safety standards across shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong safety mindset and ability to lead hourly workforce.
• Ability to generate/interpret reports and schedules.
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high safety standards inside and outside the vehicle.
• Operate with safety as the primary goal.
• Lead technology liaison with management, engineers, and the public.
• Respond to system emergencies and complete incident reports.
• Manage dispatch and field operations in daily mobility services.
