Job summary

Transdev North America is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the client’s autonomous driving testing program on site. You will manage a team of operators and coordinate daily dispatch, safety, and performance metrics to meet client requirements.

This role emphasizes safety as the top priority, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, incident reporting, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of operations leadership experience preferred.
• Engineering, Operations, or related field degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards inside and outside the vehicle.
• Lead hourly workforce and supervise field operations.
• Coordinate dispatch and client communications.
• Develop program work plans and prioritize activities.
• Ensure compliance with global process standards.
• Lead safety debriefs and communicate with stakeholders.
