Job summary

Transdev Alternative Services, Inc. seeks an Operations Supervisor in Chicago to lead a team of operators, ensure safety standards, and coordinate dispatch and client communications.

The role requires coordinating between Client program managers and Transdev staff, maintaining vehicle readiness and responding to operational issues. Ideal candidates have an associates degree, 1 year autonomous vehicle operations experience, and familiarity with Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (and / or equivalent job experience).
• 1 year Autonomous Vehicle Operations experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace and program management tools.
• Experience in vendor relationship management.
• Experience leading teams to a successful conclusion.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Transdev’s high standard of safety.
• Be the deputy for technology by communicating courteously with management, clients, engineers, and the public.
• Ensure delays are recorded and communicated; handle accidents or breakdowns appropriately.
• Respond to system emergencies; investigate and complete reports and safety escalations.
• Monitor and record employee absence and tardiness; conduct pre- and post-shift meetings.
