Job summary

Transdev North America is seeking an Operations Site Lead in Los Angeles to assist in oversight of daily fleet tasks, coordinate dispatch, and maintain safety standards across an autonomous mobility program.

You will work with management, drivers, engineers, and clients, ensuring timely shifts, documenting issues, and driving continuous improvement while upholding company policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (and / or equivalent job experience).
• 1 year Autonomous Vehicle Operations experience.
• Experience with program management tools and Google Workspace.
• Experience in vendor relationship management.
• Experience leading teams to a successful conclusion.

Responsibilities

• Operate and Maintain Transdev’s high standard of safety.
• Be the deputy for technology by communicating courteously with management, clients, engineers, and the public.
• Ensure delays in service are recorded and communicated; manage accidents or breakdowns per policy.
• Respond to system emergencies; complete accident reports, safety escalations, and customer complaints; post-accident testing.
• Monitor and record employee absence and tardiness.
• Conduct shifts pre-briefs and debriefs; communicate announcements to the team.
• Support the operations leadership team in dispatch, mission assignment, and leader communications.
• Coordinate and supervise subordinates; inform management of issues and suggest resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with global process standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality of information; uphold safety policies.
