Job summary

Transdev Alternative Services, Inc. seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee daily operations for autonomous driving testing. You will lead a team of operators, ensure safety, and coordinate with clients, engineers, and management to meet mission goals.

Associates degree and at least 1 year of Autonomous Vehicle Operations experience are preferred. Competitive compensation starts at $62,400 and goes to $70,720 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (and / or equivalent job experience).
• 1 year Autonomous Vehicle Operations experience.
• Experience with program management tools and Google Workspace.
• Experience in vendor relationship management.
• Experience leading teams to a successful conclusion.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain safety standards in daily operations.
• Coordinate dispatch and mission assignment with managers, clients, and engineers.
• Document delays, accidents, and safety incidents per policy.
• Lead shift pre-briefs and debriefs, relay announcements to the team.
• Manage absence, tardiness, and day-to-day operational staffing needs.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships.
