Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Team Lead to coordinate day-to-day field operations on-site in the United States. You will guide staff, manage driver check-ins, assign daily tasks, and optimize schedules while ensuring safety and high service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in a frontline role.
• Proven ability to manage staff, schedules and customer service quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide field staff to maintain customer service and efficiency.
• Manage driver check-in, schedule readiness, daily tasks and rotations.
• Supervise targets and adjust schedules for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with procedural guidelines and safety rules.
• Monitor break times to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist dispatch and operations during training and shifts.
