Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an on-site Teams Lead in the United States. You will direct field staff, manage driver check-ins, and optimize schedules to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong customer service, and excellent communication. US residency is required; sponsorship is not offered. Compensation includes $26–$28 per hour plus incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide field staff to maintain outstanding customer service and operational efficiency in a safe manner.
• Manage driver check-in processes, including readiness for the schedule and daily tasks.
• Supervise targets and adjust schedules for efficiency.
• Ensure drivers follow procedural guidelines and safety practices.
• Observe safety and take corrective action as needed.
• Assist dispatchers, including wheelchair assistance calls and training sessions.
• Interact with officials during shifts and support the depot manager.
• Participate in disciplinary actions and perform other assigned tasks.
