Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Teams Lead to oversee on-site field operations in Miami, FL. The role emphasizes directing staff, ensuring safety and efficiency, and providing strong customer service within a dynamic environment.

We require 3+ years of supervisory experience and a proven track record in leadership, with availability for 24-hour shift coverage and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts (24 hours).
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide field staff to maintain outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage driver check-in processes and daily tasks.
• Supervise schedules and operations for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with procedural guidelines and safety.
• Assist dispatch and Operations/Depot Manager during training.
• Interact with officials on routine matters during shifts.
• Manage location under General Manager direction.
• Participate in disciplinary actions as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
