Job summary

TaskUs USA LLC is seeking a Team Lead to manage day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring team members meet SLAs and KPIs in a 24/7/365 environment. You will coordinate with software engineers and dispatch, supervise calibration and QA, and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage handovers, and uphold safety and operational excellence across shift rotations, balancing coverage and cost efficiency in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory/leadership role in safety-critical or tech-enabled environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience using operations dashboards to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and coach a team across multiple shifts to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee depot processes, sensor calibration, and pre-deployment QA to ensure safety and performance.
• Act as primary contact for fleet incidents and provide authoritative decisions with minimal risk.
• Coordinate with Software Engineering and Dispatch; provide weekly KPI reporting to Operations Manager.
• Plan daily staffing and shift rotations to sustain 24/7 coverage while controlling costs.
