Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in the United States is expanding our sales team, offering immersive training and mentorship in your territory. You will engage with local business owners and employees to introduce high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, with no prior sales experience required and a path to autonomy.

You will use Salesforce to manage leads, schedule meetings, visit clients, and work with the manager to hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with sales or athletics.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and state licensing fees Reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and resell existing clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit schedule weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
