Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team and seeking individuals who crave autonomy and work/life balance. You will dive into immersive sales training, with hands-on mentorship in your territory, engaging business owners to introduce high-quality supplemental insurance solutions.

Responsibilities include lead generation in Salesforce, client inquiries, meetings, and visiting businesses to build a personal portfolio.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; immersive training provided.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs for potential and existing clients.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and meet sales targets.
