You will engage business owners and employees with tailored health and life insurance solutions. You’ll handle consultations, group presentations, and ongoing relationship building to shape your territory’s market.

Qualifications

• Background check is required.
• Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years post-high school work experience, with relevant sales or leadership background.
• License in health and life insurance encouraged or available for reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships, and service existing clients.
• Develop your own client portfolio and hit sales targets with the team.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
