You’ll engage with business owners and employees, presenting high-quality supplemental insurance solutions and building your client portfolio. You’ll use Salesforce CRM, schedule meetings, visit local businesses, and work with the team to hit monthly and quarterly targets.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and reservice clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan your weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity at day end.
