Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (licensing fees reimbursed).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships and reservice existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and hit monthly targets.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
