Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team with immersive training for new professionals. You’ll own your local territory, engage with business owners and employees to offer high quality supplemental insurance solutions, and deliver 1:1 consultations or group presentations.

• Strong interpersonal connections quickly.
• Desire to help others and exceed expectations in sales or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client base.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess client needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Build and manage your own portfolio of clients.
• Collaborate to set monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily activity and sales progress.
