Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visiting new businesses, developing local relationships, and following up on leads.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio to drive growth.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedules; submit plans to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
