Job summary

Alleviation is expanding its sales team with immersive training tailored for autonomy and growth in your local territory. You will engage with business owners to present high quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations, building your own client portfolio.

No prior sales experience is required; we mold the right candidate and provide mentorship, with a focus on ownership, growth, and service across the territory.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• Passion for helping others, resilience, and a proven track record in sales or leadership.
• Clear goals, positive attitude, and optimistic outlook.
• Quick-thinking with strong situational awareness and critical thinking.
• Hunger for learning, good time management, and ability to work independently.
• Background in competitive sports, coaching, athletics, or competitive leagues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle local territory, engage with business owners and employees to present insurance solutions.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations and group presentations to fit client needs.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text; schedule meetings.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships, follow up on referrals, and resell to existing clients.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager and manage your weekly schedule.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4 years work experience
