Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP/PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Howard County, MD region on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision and care for patients with chronic diseases.

Responsibilities include exams, planning treatments, ordering diagnostics, and communicating with families and caregivers. Candidates must be MD-licensed NPs/PAs with 1–2 years in primary care; hospice experience

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA licensed in Maryland.
• Strong clinical skills with ability to assess and diagnose.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care in Howard County and surrounding areas.
• Perform physical examinations and update patient histories to develop care plans.
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across multiple platforms.
