Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Charles County, MD on a part-time basis. You will operate under physician supervision, handling a diverse patient population with chronic diseases.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA in Maryland.
• Strong clinical skills with ability to diagnose and treat.
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Charles County, MD
• Assess health by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories to create the best care plan
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms
• Provide patient-centered care to a panel of patients
• Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
• Prescribe medications, supplies and appropriate interventions
