Ennoble Care seeks an experienced Advanced Provider (NP/PA) to deliver primary and palliative care at home in and around Frederick County, MD. You will apply medical techniques under supervision of a physician and care for patients with chronic diseases in a home setting.

The role requires board certification with NP/PA credentials in Maryland, 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients, and the ability to work independently. Competitive benefits and flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• Board certification required with valid NP/PA credential in Maryland.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care to a panel of patients in Frederick County, MD.
• Perform physical exams, obtain histories, and develop care plans.
